While Missouri Governor Mike Parson has said that Missouri concert venues cans re-open, cities like St. Louis are still enforcing their guidelines. While concert goers may be hungry for live music, the majority of promoters, clubs, artists and staff are still opposed to re-opening. Also, live venues have to worry about insurance coverage and liability. For now, the venues remain quiet. Venues with a capacity exceeding 1,000 are still banned for now. No word on whether any smaller venues will restart.
